All original content on this site — including the Emrald Games name, the Emrald wordmark, logos, key art, source code and game gamemodes — is the property of Lucas Descamps unless explicitly stated otherwise.

s&box and all associated assets are the property of Facepunch Studios. Emrald makes no claim of ownership over any Facepunch intellectual property and operates within the s&box ecosystem under the rules set by Facepunch.

Addons distributed through sbox.game remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Emrald only mounts them on creator-owned dedicated servers and does not host their content.
